Im Rahmen des MTV Rock & Comedy Festival in New York (Tribeca) feierte der neue U2 Song "The Hands That Built America" Premiere. Das Stück wurde bei der Veranstaltung als Video gezeigt. Wie Youtwo.net berichtet wurde ein 30 Sekunden Ausschnitt aus dem Video im Lokalfernsehen übertragen. Fans berichteten auch dass es sich bei dem neuen Stück um eine Ballade handeln soll.
