U2 News » Under A Blood Red Sky unter den Top Live Alben

Die Live-Musik Experten HOB (House of Blues Entertainment, Inc.) haben die Top 50 Live Albums Of All Time zusammengestellt. Auf Platz 19 befindet sich Under a Blood Red Sky von U2. Platz 1 ging an Band Of Gypsys (1970) von Jimi Hendrix. "why it's great : It's difficult to believe that U2 was once a small, almost "indie" rock band from Ireland. Under A Blood Red Sky changed this as it captured the band's momentum during their War tour. And while the sparse eight tracks were collected from a variety of locations, including Germany, it is U2's version of "Sunday Bloody Sunday" against the backdrop of the majestic Red Rocks Amphitheatre that solidified their induction into the big leagues."
