Die Hörer der BBC Radiosendung 6 Music haben in den letzten zwei Wochen ihre Lieblings-Alben der vergangenen fünfzig Jahre gewählt. Bei diesem Poll, bei dem jeder Teilnehmer drei Stimmen abgeben konnte, sind U2 mit The Joshua Tree auf Platz 8 und mit Achtung Baby auf Platz 24 vertreten. Platz 1 ging an The Stone Roses für ihr gleichnamiges Debutalbum.
