Eigentlich keine reine U2-Veröffentlichung, sondern eine Co-Produktion mit Brian Eno unter dem Namen 'Passengers'. Miss Sarajevo war die einzige Single aus diesem Projekt und schaffte es in UK sogar auf Platz 6 der Charts. Auch Luciano Pavarotti war an diesem Song mit einigen Textzeilen beteiligt.
